Default New and ready to lose 100 lbs for good!

Hi,
i just found this site and been looking trough the before and after pictures for inspiration. I have 100 lbs to lose. I'm 5'2 and 220 lbs. I figured losing about 5-10 lbs ever month is reasonable, even though i know each month varies.
I have lost 50 lbs before by counting calories but got prego in 2008 and very depressed. So today i decided this is the day to start. I went yesterday to the YMCA to join. They have childcare and I have no excuse to stay at home.

Hi Licala
I'm 5'1 and started at 218 lbs. I've lost weight over the years, but I've had a baby every 3 years and gained the weight back with every pregnancy.
This website is full of support and inspiration! I've been loosing very slowly, but such as a nature of things for me -there are ppl here who loose 5lbs weekly.
Check out the 100lb support forum, there is also a forum for mothers, 30smth, and more.
Good Luck on your journey!
