Hi y'all,

I'm not new, but newly committed to weight loss and 3FC. I am tired of being fat and ready to stop complaining and start living my life to the fullest. Everyone on here is so kind and inspiring. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Thank you. I just started calorie counting a little while ago and am doing Zumba. What have you done to lose your weight? =)

No problem! Oooh okay, well that's a good free way to get it done haha That's what I used to do ! I've been wanting to look into Zumba, looks fun!

I do Ideal Protein using alternatives. It's low carbs, low cals, low everything basically except protein! It's been very good to me already in just almost 3 weeks

I've done calorie counting AND Ideal Protein to lose it. 8lbs of it so far has been Ideal Protein in 2 weeks and almost 3 pants sizes in 2 weeks!

Hi! Way to go with your new-found commitment to weight loss! I always see a direct correllation between my time on 3FC and losing weight.

Is Ideal Protein like a prepackaged meal system? Like Nutrisystem or shakes like SlimFast? Or is it neither? Sounds interesting!
