Talking Hello Everybody

Hello.

So, Im a girl from Europe. 23 years old. I've been a bit over weight for years, but havent really bothered to do anything about it. I've tried to work-out for a bit once in a while, but never really been too serious.

Until one day in December 2011 where I all of the sudden decided that things are going to change. I decided to eat healthy. Work-out. Cut back on chocolate and soft drinks. Eat more vitamins.
I am actually doing great. I've been staying on track. I started in January, and I've lost 9.7 pounds in three weeks. I am now down to 166 pounds. I dont have a goal weight right now (which I guess its not really good) But I definitely wanna get down to 143 pounds, or more.

I work out 7 times a week. About one hour on my Wii (Zumba Fitness).
Its a lot of fun. Im very shy, so I've never really felt comfortable at a fitness center with a lot of people around. So Zumba is perfect for me.

Anyway, I am here because I wanna get in touch with people in the same situation as me. So if any of you wanna talk, just let me know

Eurus, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the UK Chicks and the 20-somethings.
