HI all !

I am YO YOER ! been on WW since 2004 . Lost over 25 lbs back in 2006 and gained almost all of it back. I wasn't even at goal or near it.
Back on WW again. Hoping since I have meetings near me again that I can once again stick to it.

I do way better when Dh is deployed. But he's not leaving again for a few months. I have a goal of 50 by November.

Live in BUUUURR COLD Alaska been here 10 yrs an I ADORE IT! This coming from a southern SC girl.

Leese, elcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the WW subforum
