Default Hello!

So I'm a newbie to the forum but not to being overweight. I was an active average sized child who never had to worry about what she ate...until puberty (grrr lol). For the past 10+ years I've been struggling with my weight and fluctuating between overweight and obese. My heaviest adult weight was 176 and about 3 years ago. I remember standing on the scale in my doctors office and being shocked. Unfortunately I wasn't shocked into action. It would take another year and seeing the pictures of me in my MOH dress (and the fact that I needed to use some heavy duty spanx to even fit into it and spent the whole night with the boning digging into my ribs despite the size 16 I thought would be swimming on me...ugh) to kick my butt into gear. So in the past year and a half I've gone from 176+ (squeezing myself into size 16 jeans) to between 147-150 (size 10). I did that with exercise. As of recently I've been trying to watch what I eat since I know from reading the posts on here that the closer you get to goal the harder it is to lose.

I'm here because I need help. I need some advice on calorie counting and just a place with accountability. So any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
