Default Hi from Canada

I am 57, female and was diagnosed bipolar over 10 years ago. Two of the three meds I am on can (and have) lead to weight gain. I would love to lose between 40 and 50 lbs. I eat very little but I also exercise never. I have had a couple of very difficult years, with my teenaged daughter dropping out of high school and showing signs of anxiety disorder. I am here today to make some new friends as I feel overwhelmed and isolated.

Was wondering if anyone had heard about the no surgery mini gastric bypass, that involves taking a supplement daily? It sounds scary but I was considering doing it.

Welcome Pumbaa! I'm new here myself but already have found this forum to be a great help. I haven't heard of the no surgery supplement but maybe you can find it in the search engine at the top. Again welcome

Pumbaa, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 50+ support group and Dieting with Obstacles.
