Default Hi and 1st Day on New Lifestyle!!!

Hello.....My name is Steph and it's my first day using the New Lifestyle Diet. I had my first shake and it wasn't all that bad. I think I'm going to head to Wal Mart and get a small blender to mix it all up in though. I'm excited to get it all in place !!!

I'm a mom, wife and photographer.

Anyone else on the NLD ?

Steph, welcome, glad to have you join us. I haven't heard of NLD. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!

Steph,

I've done that diet before. Right now, I'm trying something different, but I wish you all the best. Around here, I have seen some people using the same products (they are manufactured by a company named Robard, and then branded by different resellers like New Lifestyle, Diet Direct, etc).

Look for the folks saying they are doing Wonderslim. It is the same packets, though I think they follow a different schedule. I think there's even a section here for it.

Good luck! Days 2-5 tend to be the rough point. After that, you will get over the hump and start feeling a lot better.

Hi Steph! I'm pretty new here myself and doing a shake diet as well. I'm doing Herbalife. I have 2 protein shakes and a healthy meal and snacks in between. So, far I've lost 7 lbs in my first week. Welcome!
