Default Hey Guys From Texas!!!

Hello! I stumbled upon this site googling about Tae-bo and am so glad I have! I need a support group as the people who surround me have no urge to be on a diet hint-hint like my Fiance so it's really hard when he is shoving a double cheesburger and I'm eating my measly Lean Cuisine....:/. Anyways I have Hypothyroidism so losing weight is very difficult for me and if I eat like a normal human being I gain a ton of weight it's VERY frustrating....there is medication but with no insurance is VERY expensive! I workout 3-6 days a week switching it around as I don't want to get burned out! I mostly do Tae-bo right now I LOVE IT!!! I'm pear shaped so most of my weight is on my hips, legs, and butt. Also I have fairly muscular legs and large calves thanks to genetics and being in soccer in highschool so I think for my muscle mass 170 I will look great! I have so far lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks eating 1200 calories and working my butt off!!!

TTNMDANES, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out Dieting with Obstacles
