Default Just joined today

Found this site today for the first time and it must be exactly what I need. I have lost 40ish pounds and am stuck. I have a lot more to lose but need to get motivated again. My pain level has interfered with my ability to exercise. The pain MD wants me to get started with aerobics..ha! I have problems walking and doing stairs. I know I can do this, I need to feel better. Any ideas to get motivated would be appreciated. WW has helped me lose the 40ish# but with my new job I can't attend the same meetings every week so I signed up for "online WW" which is not the same. I am impressed with this site!

Jeanie, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the Dieting with Obstacles and Weight Watchers sub forums
