I'm Nikki! I just found this awesome site and I am very excited to join. I found myself at my heaviest and I am ready for some change! I just started CC 3 days ago and I am motivated to keep going. I used CC in the past and lost 35 lbs but I got lazy and picked up some very bad eating habits and now I am ready to start all over again. I love that this time I have found a place to have support.
Nikki, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the CC subforum
