This is the 2012 challenge I just joined:

I had to drop my calories down to 1500 a day to lose more weight.
I just was not losing at 1600/day anymore.
I sure hope I can lose 50 pounds this year, and its nice to know you want to also. I do hope you succeed.
But I will be happy with a 30 pound loss. The problem I have is sticking to my plan every day for the entire year. It seems such a long time.
I ate 1300 calories so far today, and I am not hungry. So I am keeping it at that for the day.
DrivenByAmbition, I know we can all lose the weight if we follow our plans and don't give up. It can get very emotional and trying at times.
I can't figure out why some of us have to get so emotional about dieting, but it seems we have our bad and good days.
