Welcome aboard! The best thing you can do is jump onto one of the challenges or accountability threads. You will meet and share with people. Maybe a group who is doing something similar, or whatever. There's all kinds of support here. Enjoy!

I agree with Italiannie to look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! The emoticons are adorable aren't they?
