So I am definitely not one to actually post on websites but I have been reading this forum for a couple years now and hopefully by posting it will help me further with my weight loss goals.
I first started getting serious about weight loss 2 years ago and went from 143 lbs to 125. Well once I hit 125 I haven't been able to lose anything since. Super frustrating! What kills me is I am a very active person and my job requires me to work out Mon-Fri. And I usually go to gym and lift weights or do spin class afterward. I just can't get below the 125-130 weight loss mark!
I joined weight watchers this last week - so hopefully that will help. Glad to be a part of the forum as a poster!
Main Goals:
Lose 15-20 lbs
Cut down on drinking!
Do a triathlon (for the first time) and/or a 10k/half marathon
Don't eat if I am not hungry
Try not to get peer pressured into eating
DesertFox, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the WW and Featherweights!
