Default Hi Everyone!!
Hi everyone, I have decided that its time to do this and do it for good. My weight goes between 250-260 and I haven't been below 225 in years. I am engaged and would like to gat married eventually but I refuse to do it while I'm unhappy with my body. Anyway I look forward to meeting some people and staying focused on my goals.

Marie, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
