Default Newbie/emotional eater

Hi all,

It's my first time joining a support group, although I have been thinking about it for quite some time. My problem with weight and food is a bit specific, as I'm not necessarily overweight...just six, seven kilos over my ideal. However, my issue lies in my relationship with food...I'm an emotional eater, a sugar-addict and suffer from immense guilt after a binge..which have been quite frequent in the last six months to a year. I've gone on countless diets...which work great for a week and then I fail...and then the guilt and self-doubt kicks in and i feel as though I'm destined to fail...Last week however, I began the candida-diet and exercising everyday...I hope that joining a support group will help stay on track.
