The Buff is for where I live, Buffalo NY. Hope to be buff one day. I need to lose about 75 pounds. Never been able to stick to a program for very long. I'm hoping to lose weight by limiting or eliminating Beer, sugar and white starches. I exercise about 3 days a week and would love to double that. I've been lurking for a couple months, but now want to get serious. I'll be posting on the 40 somethings and the Men's forum. Challenge this month is to stay away from beer, and to only spend one day celebrating Thanksgiving. Next month it gets tougher with Christmas and New year's.
