Hello!
I'm new to the forum, and thought I'd introduce myself. I found this site the other day while searching for South Beach Diet recipes.
I'm 27 and a full time student. A little late in life, but not everyone takes the same path. I'm getting married December 18, and want to lose more weight (hopefully 20 pounds!) before then. My fiance also wants to lose weight, so I'm lucky to have a help and motivation in real life.
We joined a gym last November, and went regularly until March. I saw incredible progress in my body and the way I felt, and plan to start going again this week. I also find it pretty easy to stick to a South Beach style diet, so that's what I'm doing. My ultimate goal is to get back down to 130. My grandmother recently posted a bunch of pictures on Facebook of me as a teenager, and it was nice motivation.
