Finally on the right track, I hope!
Hi everyone! My name is Megan. I'm 19, 5'2, and 130 pounds. For my height 130 is a little steep. I used to be 110 a couple years ago, then 115, then it just kept adding up! I want to kick this in the butt before it gets too out of hand. I DO NOT carry my weight well. My hips are exploding, and my thighs are huge... My measurements are, 34,26,40. Yes. 40. Maybe even more now. I just want to lose the weight and keep it off.I hope to get to about 115 and ultimatly 110. I'm also having issues with my stomach now, so all I can eat is really bland food. I hope that helps me eat a little better. I'm trying to eat right before I start working out because I tend to get very hungry when I work out and binge on terrible food. Resulting in a stomach ache. I hope this site gives me the steps and support I need to succeed. I have no support at home, and my type 1 DIABETIC boyfriend has the worst eating habbits ever. So I have go to stay strong, and eat the better choice.
