Hey everyone!
I've posted on a few times but I mostly just read posts when I'm at work.
That being said, I really want to step my weight loss up! I'm looking for new friends and support.
I have a lot of troubles with binging and it'd be nice to talk with some of you about that! I am looking to lose about 80lbs and just restarted my journey.
I kinda kickstarted my new lifestyle by running a 5k race today. I haven't done one for a few years and I did horrible, but my overall goal was to complete it!
What do some of you do to keep motivation?
