hello all

I am a stay-at-home mom to a beautiful 18 month old daughter. I have a wonderful, loving husband who thinks I'm the most beautiful woman on the planet...and I'd like to see myself even just a hint of the way he does!


before I got pregnant, I weighed 135lbs (too much for my short frame). During the beginning of my pregnancy, I got very sick with Hyperemesis Gravidarum and lost close to 20lbs (not great while pregnant). The day I delivered my daughter, I weighed 140lbs--just 5 more than when I got pregnant.

Now, just a year and a half later, I'm almost back to where I started ...

I'm ready to do something about it!

Hello and congrats on your baby! I'm a newbie here so I figured I would say hello. Your goal is very attainable, just think in small terms of a pound or two at a time and you'll be there before you know it! Every bit counts, so don't be too hard on yourself and make sure to celebrate even the small victories. Good luck
