well, luck probably won't hack it. i will need some stick-to-it-tiveness. This is day 3 for me. So far,so good.i do usually get a headache in the afternoon, although i eat on schedule but it isn't as bad so far as i'd feared.
i have yet to shop for an entire week...how big a difference did you notice in your grocery bill?
Welcome to the forum! My grocery bill is always huge, feeding two teenage boys is expensive so if there is an increased cost in more fresh fruit and veggies, I don't notice it so much.
