Nice to meet yall, I'm Stephanie.
I'm 27, married to a sweet supportive DH, just bought a house.
We're just starting to talk about TTC in the next year or two. I've allowed myself to balloon up to a 16 over the last couple years.
I'd really like to be in a 12 before starting TTC!
I've started working out a few days a week - yoga, walking and other little exercise routines I find online.
I've also been trying to make better eating choices, including portion control on the more calorie-heavy foods.
I have always hated my "number" on the scale. Even at my healthiest, I was about 170 lbs which in my brain is a "fat" number. Now at 220 lbs, I can't even stand to get on the scale.
I want to be able to slide into my stack of size 12 jeans, comfortably. No matter what the scale says.
