Ok where to start? Just turned 37 and ready for a new me. Starting at 200 and would like to be 180 by Thanksgiving, that's when the family will see me. I am a stay at home mom that does daycare. That makes it hard since I seem to want to snack all day. I have decided that I deserve a better looking body and want to feel good about myself more. Hubby is very supporting in anything I do and know this will be the same. So wish me luck in my new lifestyle. Not a diet but a change in my way of living!!
So nice to meet you! I am 37 also and have some weight to lose. You do deserve to feel good and being healthier and fit will do just that! You are so right...it isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change!! Good for you for taking charge.
