Im new here .. and VERY frustrated!! Hoping all of your experiences and sage wisdom will help me hang tough and not get so easily frustrated! Im currently on the new Weight Watchers points plus and in a month have lost only about 5 lbs!! UGH .. I lose .. I gain .. I think its stress .. Im not binge eating or even cheating! I do use all my extra points .. so Im thinking this week Im not going to enjoy those and see what happens!! Any other ideas ?! Im more than open to try it!!
