Default Time for a change
Hi All! I am so ready for a change and to get my life back. I has been 140 most of my life until about 5 years ago, and over the past 5 years I have slowly gained over 90 lbs. I am miserable now, and am ready to lose it. I just don't really have the support at home or with friends that I need, soo I am looking for others going through the same thing! I tend to lose 20/30 with fad diets..and then gain it right back..sadly.. Ready to make it permanent.

Many of us without support at home have turned to 3FC to get that help, so welcome Good luck with losing - you sound like you are in the right frame of mind to do this!
