Hello! My name is Aishah and I'm 22 years old and a full-time college student. I'm really excited to have found this site and am really looking forward to learning new ways on getting healthy and gaining support as I continue on my weight loss journey.
In total I've lost 95 pounds over the course of this past 2 1/2 years.
In May, I joined a gym for the first time and I love it! I love the dance classes and working out. I work out 6 days a week. I became really motivated on losing weight this year. 3 weeks ago I joined Quick Weight Loss Centers and I really am enjoying it. I'm learning new ways of cooking and I've learned to keep a food journal. So far, in 3 weeks I've lost 17 pounds. I have 78 more pounds to lose to meet my goal weight. I hope to meet my goal by January/Feb.
Anyway, I'm super excited to discover everything these forums have and meeting new people going through the same things I am!
