Hi everyone!
My name's Chou, I'm 24 and from Europe and have lost about 80lbs in the past 3 years by counting calories and staying around 1200-1300kc a day. Unfortunately, I've gained back 10lbs and an entire inch on my waist, and finally have the motivation to go for my goal weight of 130lbs again.
The past 6 months I haven't been making any progress, but I hope I can get back into losing weight. I don't want to lose all the progress I've made, and fall back into my old patterns before my lifestyle change!
I want to reach this goal of 130 by my birthday in January and I hope I can achieve this by finally getting off my bum and working out more
I don't quite know how everything here works yet, but I feel that sharing my experiences and little goals and setbacks with others with the same goal might help me get where I wanna be.
