back in the saddle again
Hello all! As you can probably tell from the title of my post, this is not my first time doing this... I have even used 3 fat chicks and found it a great help, until my old computer gave me the finger! I just stopped trying after a while, but at the current moment, I am bigger than I have EVER been in my life and I have had enough!
I feel so much better when I'm eating like I have some sense and exercising, so I have made the decision to do it again! This time I have to keep my goals in mind. My biggest issue is trying to make weight loss a competition with a deadline instead of a total lifestyle change. But as said before, I'm back in the saddle again, and this time, I'm going to do it right!!
