Hi, all. I'm not the best at posting but am good at reading the threads.
I've gained about 20 lbs in the past 8 months. Thyroid checked, fine. Bloodwork, good. I'm thinking my metabolism has hit the wall. on top of it I hit 40 this year! all at once it has hit the fan.
I've always been in good shape, petite, etc. Last diet I was on was in college when I gained the Freshman 15. That was 1990. So I've done pretty good.
I'm trying not to get upset, depressed, etc, but its hard. I just want to put my best foot forward and be healthy. I found this website after lots of 'reading' other message boards. I was looking for a BellyFat Cure board and found here here on 3chicks.
the short list: set small daily goals, treadmill 3 days a week, and watch my sugars and what I can. I'm going to Cancun in February and want to look better for me and my husband.
