Default Looking for accountability partners in this journey!

My name is Raven and I have been on this site before. I met alot of very nice women that helped me shed some pounds. I have since fallen off the wagon again but I am commited to taking my health seriously and want to lose this weight.
My current weight is 288. I am 5'7 3/4" and only 24 yrs old.
I havent always been overweight but for most of my life yes. I look back on times when I was healthier but still heavy and I would kill to just be there...

My soon to be husband and I are looking forward to starting a family someday soon and I know health is a big factor when TTC.
I am asking for any and all help and comments from anyone on this site.

I know that I have the will power to do this but I need someone to keep me in check. Someone to be hard on me when I need it. If anyone is up the challenge please feel free to contact me!

Have a wonderful day!

Welcome back to the forum. Good for you for coming back and keep trying.
Do you know what food plan you will be following? There are many different threads for various diets on this forum.
Try making small changes first, like cutting out all sugary drinks and adding in more water. Try moving a little more. Taking a short walk on a break at work and gradually adding in a few steps.
You can do it and we are all here to help and support you!!
