Default losing it!
hey everyone. i have seen this site a few times over the last couple of years, but never joined til today.

i am 28 years old, from las vegas. my highest weight was 189 (not incl when i was pregnant!). i got down to 159 last june. held it there til about march. and slowly have been putting the pounds back on. this morning i was 169. BOO!

id really love to be in the 140range. id settle for 145 ;o) so just about 25 lbs to go.

i have 20 weeks til we go back east for christmas, so even if i only lost a pound a week, id still be in the 140s by the time we go. id love to do better than that, and am just hoping for some encouragement from others around here.

Huge congratulations on your success so far. Keeping that weight off for so long is an inspiration to me. You've obviously got all the right tools, tricks, and techniques. It sounds like it's just a matter of putting all that back in place. You can do it!
