Hello, i just started the Ideal Protein diet last Wednesday and am looking to speak with others on the same diet.
So far, i have been on it almost a week and have lost 6.4 lbs. The first three days were difficult but once i hit the ketosis mode, i have no hunger pains at all.
I actually feel healthier already, my heartburn is gone, my skin feels better and my jeans already feel less tight.
Anyone else just start? Would enjoy sharing journeys together.
Hello Kelly and welcome...I have been on the Ideal Protein Diet since April 27th its great and well worth it. I have lost 36lbs and 39 inches to date, I go for my weigh in tomorrow morning!

It took me 20 Weeks to lose 70 lbs..and it was sooooo worth it..
It was the best thing I ever did for me..
Stay on the board they have great recipes and friendly people and just the support in the daily chat is great...
