I've been looking for a support forum for ages, but none so far seemed friendly/active, so I'm very glad I found this one.
I've struggled with my weight for as far back as I can remember, I was obese as a child and always somewhat overweight after that.
I've lost 28lbs in the last year, and would like to loose another 11. I always heard about the "last ten" being the hardest, now I get why...
I need to get rid of nighttime snacks (a horrible habit).
Must say though, after reading some existing thread and seeing how much you people have lost, well it's really inspiring. So thanks already.

Hopefully you'll find your niche right away But be prepared to want to participate in many threads! I'm in one for motorcycle chicks, one for chicks dealing with depression, and one just for trying to commit for a full month.
