Default Hi!! 30-26 lbs to lose

Hello!!! My name is Sam, I am a nursing major who will start nursing school next semester. I started off around 185 lbs but the semester before last lost roughly 15 lbs. I was taking roughly about 13 hours that semester and was very stressed during finals and had stopped my two month long routine and never jumped back on it.

I gained about about 6 lbs from not working out for the past 6 months and am wanting to start back up again. I am going to try a bit of a more intensive work out this time around and do interval training instead of 40 mins on the treadmill every day for 5 days at 3.5 mph.

I am worried because I have been trying to start up these last couple of months and keep on failing to. I really want to meet my goal within the next four or five months. 26 lbs isnt a whole lot to lose but its seems so hard getting there.

My brother is kinda my work out buddy but I could always use more friends.

Welcome, Sam! We're in a pretty similar situation. Are you working with any particular eating plan on top of your exercise?

Good luck!

You sound like me, I have 28 pounds to lose. It's hard dieting whilst studying, right? Good luck!
