New Here.
I have been on numerous diets throughout my life, and have always given up. I am refusing to do that this time. I joined a weightloss program and have done pretty well so far. I am doing it alone, DH lasted going to the gym twice, and he won't give up snacking/over eating. I need somewhere to get support and help, so I looked for a forum and found you all. Can't wait to join in. I have lost about 55 pounds since the beginning of the year. I still have a long ways to go, and then to maintain to keep it off. Thank you for having me here.
