I need a little help and motivation. Someone to be accountable to. I have my wedding in September and a 5k at the end of July.

My scale won't move and I'm frustrated.

I am at 200 and have about the same goal. Why don't you join a few of the challenges (see my signature as example) they help me a lot to reach the next goal. Do you have mini goals set up? What plan are you on? Do you work out?

Hi CurveyBride! what are you doing to lose weight? How much are you aiming to lose a week? I am doing Intermittant fasting and finding it OK actually, weight in tomorrow after a week and a half of my diet so this is just the beginning!

DRINK LOTS OF WATER!....get on track, write what you eat down. I stay really strict on my intake first week I lost 9.8lbs and the second week 4.8 with a total of 28.2 inches! Water, water, water I think my eyeballs were floating but it is worth it!
