Hi CurveyBride! what are you doing to lose weight? How much are you aiming to lose a week? I am doing Intermittant fasting and finding it OK actually, weight in tomorrow after a week and a half of my diet so this is just the beginning!
DRINK LOTS OF WATER!....get on track, write what you eat down. I stay really strict on my intake first week I lost 9.8lbs and the second week 4.8 with a total of 28.2 inches! Water, water, water I think my eyeballs were floating but it is worth it!
