Default Psyched to get started!

Hi everyone!

My name is Zoe and I'm new here on 3 Fat Chicks!

I have a goal to lose about 20lbs (to begin with anyway!) but I'm hindered by a knee and a neck injury, which makes it difficult to do more than light exercise. Cardio (at the moment) is a no-go for me. Sweets are my absolute downfall, especially ice cream, although I've cut back significantly on unhealthy snacking.

I'm looking for tips and support to meet my goals for both weight loss and healthy living, and am hoping to help motivate others to meet their goals! I'm psyched to get started and looking forward to meeting everyone!

Same here with the ice cream. LOL....... I find (for me) that it's best to not have ANY foods like that for the time being. I am a binge eater, so I know that I absolutely cannot have 'just a little bit'....a little will lead to a lot, so for now, I am just staying away all together... oh how I miss it though!!!! hehe!

Sorry to hear about your injuries. Maybe just try to do what you can tolerate, and not over do it on the food? That must be frustrating.
