Hi everyone!

My sister and workout buddy (jumelle) recommended 3FC and I'm more than happy to now be a member. Like others here, I've struggled with my weight. I lost about 25 pounds last year, and the holidays were a complete mess for me. But I'm trying to get my act together by eating right and exercising this time around. I'm well and truly sick of this roller coaster I've been on.

I need to lose a total of 64 pounds (started with 66 pounds and lost two already). I'll be using Turbo Fire, ChaLean Extreme, and Insanity. I'm also looking into some weight machines for my home so that I can tone up. Any recommendations would be welcome.

Congratulations on starting your journey and losing weight to begin with
