Hello all!
What a wonderful looking group here, I am excited to become a part of it! I am getting back into healthy living activities and would like to work on my diet and exercise. I have used Jillian's book, Winning by Losing, before and plan to get started on the exercises, however, my dog has ripped out pages 229-232 and I wonder if anyone is able to scan/type that information for me??? I would greatly appreciate it!
I am 5'3" and need to loose about 50lbs. I am trying to get healthy for myself so that I feel better and look better and live a long life. My husband and I are ready to start a family but would like to be healthier before we start! I hope to meet and work with many people in this group. Congratulations to everyone making changes to their lives already!!
