Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to introduce myself and say that I'm glad to finally be ready to focus on my health and losing weight. At 5'2 and 207lbs I have a lot to lose, and in the past I've felt that my extra weight was insurmountable. Now I'm focusing on lifestyle changes, with the hope that the weight will drop through my journey. I am a self proclaimed processed food junkie who enjoys exercising, but never makes the time to do it. So I'm learning to love veggies and plan to take this summer to get more active!
I look forward to sharing my journey with everyone. This site is tremendously inspirational and I hope to give to it as much as I have gained from it.

Patootie! I found your post so inspirational and your attitude towards this journey so positive and balanced! I am so glad that you like this place because I do too. I'm sure you'll be providing a lot of people here with wonderful advice and support!
