Hi guys! I am so glad to have found a message board that I feel will provide me with a little support through my journey.
I am 28 years old, 220lbs, and
desperate to lose weight. I started in March of 2011, and I've lost 12lbs so far, slowly, but im ready to kick it into high gear. I'm a little skeptical about reaching my goal weight (150lbs) as I have been overweight my whole life.
I've cut back all processed foods, and am eating only natural products. I am also trying to work out for 30 minutes 5 times a day. Motivation for working out seems to be my main struggle.
Any words of encouragement or advice would definitely help, and I look forward to getting to know all of you.
