Hey everyone! I'm Jennifer a 23 yr old college super senior who's ready to get back to her high-school weight (yes, it's true lol). It must be said that I have NEVER struggled with weight. I danced as a child and all the way up till I was twelve. I remained thin & toned until I was put on medication to help with my Depression (Abilify anyone?) Since 2009 I gained 51 pounds! While I cant blame the meds for all of my weight gain (I was shoveling food into my mouth to satisfy my uncontrollable appetite) they definetly did not help the situation.

I am currently 170 & working my way down to 130. I joined Medical Weight Loss Clinic in march of this year. I can't wait to reach my goal weight. It's a slow process but it's so worth the wait

Welcome to the group Jennifer! I can relate to you because I am 24 and trying to get back to my "teen years" size! lol

Its great that you have decided to make all these positive changes for yourself! I love this site and I just joined a few days ago, so I'm sure youll love it here too!
