New, looking to reignite weight loss!
Hello forum,
I have lost 80lbs since March, 2010, and have about 40-60lbs to go (Was 280, now 200, hoping to be 150 or so). I really need to kick back into gear and get these pounds off.
I haven't had fast food in 13 months, and I really do well planning healthy eating, but it's been hard. I don't work out very much but obviously really need to.
