Getting mentally psyched for weight loss (again) Close to turning 60 and do not like how I look or feel.

Will be doing W Watchers on line--that too is a first. Can not tell a lie--I find Jennifer Hudson very inspiring. Am also a fan of her music and acting.
Welcome!! Good for you for getting started and how wonderful your hubby is joining you! Mine isn't home often to really do much of this with me but he is eating the dinners and not complaining so thats a plus LOL
Welcome Meghay, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join. Be sure to check out the WW forum for a start.
