My names Beth and I've looked at this forum a few times before. Now, I finally decided to join and I'm glad I did. I'm a pretty laid back person and I'd love to make some friends on here that have gone through some of the things I've experience loosing weight. I was pretty chubby as a kid l and decided I needed to do something about it. So my senior year I dropped 40 pounds. However, I did it in an unhealthy way. I gained a little back after starting college however I managed to gain a healthy lifestyle. I dropped 10 more pounds but now I've reached a Plato period. I've love to loose 30 more pounds and I think this is the perfect place to reach my goal. Hey Vita. I just joined today. I am starting my IP diet this week and I am looking forward to it. I notice your height is the same as mine and our goal weights are close as well. Maybe we could encourage/coach eachother along! I'm excited to start and have a positive attitude about it. I have tried so many diets before so I hope this one really works. Good luck to you!
