hello everyone, i joined the sight for some motivation.. i dont have many people around me who are supportive when it comes to eating healthy and working out,, however they expect you to look like you do... Anyway my birthday is approaching and my mini goal would be to lose 10 pounds by the 21 of march.. finger crossed here i go!!!!
Hi hun! I am new here too! I can so relate! No one around me really helps much. They want to go out to eat and decide to go to a pizza place or something.. well not much on the menu thats healthy and I have no self control, I can't sit and watch them eat pizza while I have a salad.. I wish I could.
Good luck to all of us newbies! I am doing low carb and feeling great on it, but that might not be everyone's cup of tea. I've tried the calorie counting and exercising, but I guess my metabolism is shot after so many years of yo-yoing.

Im not on in real diet plan, just trying to eat healthy and working out.. i guess u can say its like a low carb diet cause i have cut out bread and rice all together.. also cut out fried food juice and soda.. its not so bad when i full but im really weak when im hungry... i try to eat about six times a day which is very had but i still try..
