Let's see I am 18 and weigh 240 lbs (I've lost 10 so far!) I'm also 5'5''. I really want to make this a lifestyle change. Food is my best friend and my worst enemy. I'm tired of being unhappy and just want to look in the mirror and love myself I guess that's all, I'm not trying to write a novel here.
Good job on the weight loss so far! That's awesome! I'm totally in the same boat as you! I love food, but it hates me! It's definitely time for a lifestyle change... Good luck with your weight loss goal. It'll be hard, but you can do it!

You are 20. Many of us are envious you have been smart enough to have tackled your weight problem earlier in life. Make tomorrow better than today with even the tiniest change toward your new healthy life and you will be grateful & happy you are going forward.
