I introduced myself in the alternachick forum already, but figured I'd pop over here too.
I was always skinny and fit, but a few years ago I got injured and then gained a bunch of weight. Now I struggle with finding exercise I can do without hurting myself, and with diet. I eat healthy, but I still consume the same ginormous portions I ate when I was charging around, super-active all the time, so for me it's always about portion control. Hunger sucks.
I'm 165 right now and aiming to lose about 40 pounds. That would put me back at my ideal weight. I'm starting the C25k (anyone else starting that?) and doing yoga on the off days (any yogis out there?). I'm motivated but busy, and just hoping I don't fall off the wagon, again.
