I am not new to diets. But this time I tell myself I am making a lifestyle change. I really want to lose weight this time and keep it off! My usual habit is I do well for about 2 weeks then I give up and go back to my old ways. Well im on week 3 and I am still going. I look at the mini-goals and goal forums and I am so inspired by all the people on here that have shown me that it is possible to lose weight. Well here goes.........
Welcome, Glad to have you join us. Great job on achiving week three! My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
