Hey Everyone!!
I came across this website by accident and I'm hoping this website and everyone here will provide me support and vise versa.
Well let's see where to start. I've been on yo-yo diets since highschool. In 2003, I decided to take control of my health and started working out non-stop and watching what I ate. I worked out almost everyday to keep the weight down and it did work. However three years later, I met my boyfriend and everything went down hill from there. LOL He makes me so comfortable in my skin that I've kinda of let go. So now from a nice 150 lbs, I'm a whopping 213 lbs.
I've tried dieting and some what working out but unfortunately I have no motivation to keep going. My life is so busy that I can't motivate myself to walk to our basement and excerise. That's why I have joined this website in hopes to receive some support.
